Chinese Family Succession Research Centre is established under the School of Business with an aspiration to be the leading research platform to generate and disseminate new knowledge on family succession in the Greater China region. We undertake research on Chinese culture and family succession, family business, family governance, family wealth and estate management, and even the family as a brand. Our research findings are of great value to organization in the region, especially for Chinese families that wish to preserve and accumulate family wealth from generation to generation. We also provide consultation to family business and organize seminars, trainings, and workshops to promote the best practice on family wealth management. All these lead to a sustainable development of Chinese family business, which contributes to the continual economic growth in the Greater China region.
