In this conference, participants will share and exchange views on topics such as Small Business and Family Succession, Entrepreneurship and Start-up, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Marketing. A panel of professors and practitioners from Hong Kong and Tokyo is formed to discuss the sustainability of corporate and family business in Asia regions.
In collaboration with Toyo University, Tokyo, we invite Prof. Robin Snell (The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong) and Dr. John Leung (City University of Hong Kong) to speak on family business ethics and challenges to the large family business during and after COVID.
We are glad to have Dr. Francis Kwok (Former MD of Liebherr, a family enterprise) and Alfred Mu (Executive Director, Ka Yue Plumbing, a local family business) to join the roundtable discussion with colleagues from HSUHK, Toyo, and CityU on sustainability of corporate and family business in Asia Regions.
There are a number of academic sessions on family business and succession, sustainability and marketing, and entrepreneurship and start-up. It offers a good opportunity for ideas exchange and discussion.
