Dr Lo is the President of Asia Pacific Elite Wealth Management Institute. He also holds an adjunct professorship at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. He gave lectures on MSc Finance Programme in Nanyang Technology University in Singapore. He earned his professional doctorate from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Dr Lo has over 27 years of experience on wealth management. He provides training, survey, and consulting services on family succession and asset allocation to customers of private banking. His expertise lies in family and family business succession. Dr. Lo is also interested in the analysis of global macro strategy.

Dr Lo and his team have been doing research on family succession in partnership with China Construction Bank, China Minsheng Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Taiwan. Their endeavors had resulted in a publication series of China Family Wealth Management and Succession Reports and a white paper on Taiwan Family Business Succession.
